  Moonshine - leisure industry terminal
  The IBM 4691 leisure / pub terminal was developed by Work Station Development in 1986, codenamed Moonshine.

The 4691 was based on the IBM PC-XT. It featured replaceable keyboard templates, of which this is one example. The machine was designed to be liquid-proof.
